HOW DO I MEASURE FOR MY BLINDS?

We ask that you measure for you blinds in millimetres (mm) to give the greatest accuracy. You can either measure how wide (width) and how long (drop) you want the blind to be made, or alternatively, you can measure the window recess that you want the blind to fit into and we will make the blind to suit. Please make sure that when you take measurements that you measure at more than one place, for example, for the width you would measure at the top, the bottom and also in the middle and use the smallest distance to enter for your blind size. Not all recess sizes will be the same, and you may find that you get a slight variation in your widths. So if your sizes measured 1220mm (top), 1222mm (middle) and 1215mm (bottom) you would enter 1215mm as your width to ensure that the blind fits. Please pay attention to any tiles, dado rails or pictures rails which may hinder a blinds operation at any point of the recess. You will be asked to state either 'blind size' or 'recess' when you place your order. Please ensure you have chosen the right one.

Please ensure that you enter the width in the box adjacent to the width parameter and enter the drop in the box adjacent to the drop parameter when ordering as returns and refunds cannot be accepted should measurements be placed in the wrong box at time of ordering. All blinds are subject to a +/- 5mm tolerance which should be accounted for when measuring.


HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Depending on the size of your order, most blinds will be made and shipped to you within 5 working days. Please bear in mind that making blinds to order mean that they aren't stored in a warehouse ready for shipping. Also, as we use a number of manufacturers, delivery times may alter depending on which make and style of blind you purchase. The same terms also apply to fabric samples when requested. Each blind is handmade especially for you. National holidays will incorporate slight delays.


IM WORRIED THAT THE BLIND WONT MATCH MY ROOM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We offer you the option to order a free fabric sample so that you can match the colour to your own decor so that you can be sure of ordering the right fabric for your rooms. Simply click the 'sample' button next to the fabric of your choosing and proceed to the checkout as normal.


I HAVE A CONSERVATORY, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Measuring for a conservatory can be very difficult. To alleviate any concerns you may have, we would ask that you contact us with your requirements and we will guide you through the process of ordering your new blinds.


WHAT WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH MY NEW BLIND?

Along with your new blinds, you will have the blind brackets supplied (where required), but no rawl plugs or screws will be supplied unless otherwise stated. If you require further materials or are in any doubt as to whether you have the required materials, please feel free to contact us.

Due to the volume of orders, we maintain our focus on selling you great blinds at unbeatable prices which means we unfortunately cannot offer every service.
